Waste management follows a circular approach based on reduction, reuse, and recycling, with continuous improvements aimed at minimising landfill waste and improving overall operational efficiency. In addition, we work closely with responsible suppliers, selecting certified products, prioritising local sourcing, and reducing packaging wherever possible to support a more sustainable and transparent supply chain.

HERITAGE PRESERVED, FUTURE DESIGNED
Our recent renovation project reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, circularity, and the preservation of our historic identity. Wherever possible, original materials such as marble, decorative elements, and furniture have been carefully restored and reintegrated into the new design, maintaining the character and legacy of the hotel.
In line with our social responsibility, a significant portion of furniture and fittings has been donated to organisations such as SOS Children’s Villages and the Ronald McDonald Foundation, extending the life of these materials and creating positive impact beyond the hotel.
At the same time, we are actively conducting lifecycle and carbon impact assessments to better understand and reduce the environmental footprint of our spaces, while exploring innovative solutions such as on-site water bottling systems to help minimise transport emissions and support more sustainable operations.
