Opera & Brunch welcomes a spectacular collaboration between Perrier-Joüet Belle Epoque Champagne and floral artist Elisabeth Blumen, transforming La Cúpula Restaurant & Bar into a contemporary homage to the Art Nouveau spirit.

Under the iconic 1912 glass dome of The Palace Hotel, Madrid, guests will enjoy an exclusive brunch experience surrounded by an immersive botanical installation—a sculptural interpretation of Perrier-Jouët's signature Japanese anemone, reimagined in fluid, ethereal forms.
