Composed of 1,875 individual glass pieces, it fills the restaurant with natural light during the day and creates a memorable atmosphere as the evening unfolds.

Our wine selection is curated by Gustavo García Escalona, Head Sommelier at The Palace, recently recognised among Spain's leading sommeliers, ranking Top 9 in Top 100 Sommeliers Spain 2026. Every day at 6:00 PM, 27 Club welcomes guests for Tea Time by The Macallan, a distinctive afternoon ritual pairing The Macallan's whisky-inspired cocktails with a selection of savoury and sweet creations.

Set within the characterful surroundings of 27 Club, the experience brings together craftsmanship, flavour and the heritage of one of the world's most recognised whisky houses. It is an invitation to slow down, discover new flavours and enjoy a different side of The Palace as the afternoon gives way to evening.

Tea Time by The Macallan is available daily at 6:00 PM, making it an ideal moment to pause after exploring Madrid or begin an evening at The Palace.
