Thanks to their professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail, everything went perfectly. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with a smile and made to feel right at home. They showed us many thoughtful gestures that demonstrated the care and commitment they bring to their work—something we truly appreciated. The quality of the food was excellent and received glowing reviews from all our guests. The service throughout the celebration was impeccable—attentive, warm, and professional—with the staff always ensuring nothing was missing. 

We organized a civil ceremony, dinner, and dance with them. Antonio and his entire team were exceptional.

As an event planner, I am absolutely thrilled with the final result. The staff at the Hotel Palace made everything easy for us. The venue was like a dream, the staff was highly professional, and the catering was delicious. We will definitely organize more events with them.

We got married on September 2, 2023, and the celebration at this fantastic hotel included a welcome cocktail, the meal, and the dance. The service was exquisite from the very first moment we contacted Antonio Rivas. He advised us on the reception halls, the start time based on the church ceremony and time for photos, and helped us choose the menus, open bar duration, and late-night snack—everything we needed thanks to his professionalism. Then the big day arrived, and we had Ángel as our maître d', who ensured that every detail was taken care of throughout the event, making everything perfect. Thank you both and the entire team for your excellent service. I don't think there could be a better place for such an important celebration.
